Registration fees include:

• Congress material
• Admission to the scientific sessions (except Pre-congress workshops and courses)
• Coffee breaks
• Social Events
• Certificate of attendance

Please note that Technical Visits and Pre-Congress workshops are not included in the registration fee. 

Cancellation conditions

All changes/cancellations must be notified by email to the Congress Secretariat KENES GROUP – email: iahr2022-reg@kenes.com

– Until April 20th, 2022: Full refund less €50.00 administration fee.
– From April 21st, 2022 or non-attendance: No refund.

The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.

Methods of payment

All payments must be made in EUROS to KENES GROUP SPAIN by:

• Credit card: VISA, AMEX and MASTERCARD (the only cards accepted).
• Bank transfer: If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please fill out the “Online Registration Form payment by bank transfer” first, and you will receive a confirmation with bank details information in order to make the bank transfer. Please kindly send an email to iahr2022-reg@kenes.com with an attached copy of your bank transfer within 5 working days. In order to identify your payment, please ensure that the reference “Registration IAHR 2022” and participant’s name and last name are indicated on the bank transfer. Bank charges are responsibility of the participant and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.
• Payment by bank transfer will be available until June 9th, from June 10th only payment by credit card will be accepted.

Personal Insurance

• The meeting organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of property belonging to meeting participants, either during, or as a result of the meeting. Please check the validity of your own insurance.
